Locations

a) Relevant permission must be obtained in advance. Due to conditions imposed by local authorities, it is the responsibility of the hirer to liaise with such parties and book. OzKidzKartz can however provide information around who to contact.

b) Access must be suitable for our vehicle and trailer, including no steps, and a 1 metre wide entrance to the premises.
The surface can be hard-standing or grass, but must be even, free from holes and not be sloping.

At the start of the party

At the start of the party children are given full instructions on how to drive the Go-Kartz and a full safety briefing. Therefore, we politely request that all children arrive on time to avoid delay or disruption to the party. In some circumstances parties may start slightly later than the agreed time, if this is the case the time lost will be added to the end.

Cancellation Rules

a) The Go Kartz are capable of running in light rain, but we retain the right to make the decision on whether the party can proceed based upon logistical and safety reasons such as conditions where the designated ground is excessively slippery or deemed unfit for purpose.

b) Bookings made by email, accepted by both parties enters into agreement.

c) Cancellations made by the hirer for whatever reason will incur a 50% charge of initial invoice for late notice if submitted within 28 days.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is payable within 7 days of confirming the date of your party. The balance is payable on the day of the party, and is to be paid by cash only.

Child Participation

We reserve the right to exclude any child from the party that is in our opinion disruptive, destructive or causing a danger to themselves or others.
